Get your day off to a good start with Sunrise Hot Yoga! This early morning class is intended for the yogi who likes it hot and enjoys a rigorous and challenging morning yoga practice. Modifications will be offered making it a class that any level (beginner to advanced) can practice. The room is heated between 90-95 degrees, making it easier and safer to go deeper into the poses while sweating toxins out of the body. You will be glistening and glowing when you leave the studio.
