I am a ERYT500-hour yoga instructor, Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and received advanced prenatal training through ShantiMom Prenatal Yoga. I am also certified as an Imagination Yoga Teacher, a program for children in integrated yoga based programs to assist children in reaching their full potential, and also have a background in Ayurvedic massage. I am a Certified Clinical Master Aromatherapist, Certified Ayurved Wellness Coach and Counselor, co-owner of Namaste Candle Company which produces soaps, candles, lotions and more made using natural ingredients and scented with essential oils. I offer aromatherapy trainings, workshops, and services through Aromatherapy Sanctuary, a DBA of Namaste Candle Company. I have also completed Aromapoint Therapy Certification.
I am available for private yoga sessions, aromatherapy sessions (which include aromatherapy relaxation bodywork), Ayurvedic counseling and coaching, Ayurvedic massage bodywork and workshops on using essential oils for everything from cleaning to healthcare to skincare and pets.
I believe that balance and happiness come from listening to the voice of peacefulness inside of us. That peacefulness is always there, always available to soothe and inspire; we need only listen. We get closer to that voice through mindfulness, meditation, yoga and other practices that feed and nurture our spirits and balance our mind/body connection. Closer to that truth within us. It is my honor to assist others in finding their voice.
